Product Details:

150i10 Klein Schweisser Plasma Welding Machine is a PLC base machine which can save 50 welding programes which can be recalled whenever required. We have provided the 7 inch HMI coloured touch screen with this machine and all the machine parameters can be set through this screen. The main current regulation we can set in the multiple of 0.1 amps.
Pilot acr current is also adjustable. Pulsing, upslop, downslop, peak current, base current, pre flow, post flow, pulse frequency can be adjusted through touch screen. 2T/4T facility provided. A special flexi mode is provided with the machine wherein you can adjust all the welding parameters amnually as per your requirement. If any fault is occured in the machine it will be displayed on the HMI screen. All the safety interlocks are provided in the system. We can offer this model in 220 volts single phase input supply as well as 440 volts 3 phase supply.
